Bary Lynch
Director
Bary joined the Royal Marines at the age of 16 and completed 5 years of service. Since then, Bary has worked as Area Manager for a national security company and as a venue manager for a well-known chain of bars. Bary then went on to work as operations manager in 2004 and since 2011 has also been a Maritime Security Team Leader and Close Protection Operative with some top Maritime and land-based companies. Bary has been a company Director and running his own security company since 2014.
Gary Parker
Director
Gary joined the Royal Marines and completed eight years of service, seeing operational tours of Northern Ireland, Sierra Leone, Iraq and Afghanistan. He served two years on the Maritime Counter Terrorism Team before leaving in 2007. Gary started close protection in 2007 working in all sectors ranging from PSD in Iraq to team leader on super yachts.
